2 Green Peppers (or yellow) (Cut into squares as close as you can get)

Pearl onions (cut in half if large)

Grape tomatoes

Favorite steak seasoning (I like Kinders Prime Rib Seasoning)

(You can use other veggies instead of the tomatoes, onion, and peppers…Brussel sprouts, squash, mushrooms…your favorites w steak)

1. Soak Bamboo Skewers in cold water for 30 min. (Prevents them from burning).

2. Glaze-Whisk together all glaze ingredients until well combined. Cover and let sit at room temperature 30 minutes or more.

3. Skewers- Thread skewers alternating pepper, onion, meat, tomato, meat pepper tomato, meat, pepper, meat onion pepper. Or whatever order you like to get a mix of the meat and vegetables you want to use. Brush liberally on both sides with the glaze mixture. 4. Heat a grill (We use a cast Iron Blackstone) or grill Pan to high. Grill the skewers until the meat is golden brown crusted nicely and cooked to medium rare doneness (figure 2-4 min per side depending on your grill)
